You have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different size/color or to request a refund by handing it in at aDHL service point.

*Note: Custom logos or designs can only be returned in consultation with customer service.

1. PREPARATE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY PROOF

Pack the items securely, if possible in the original package, and include the return form. It is important that you indicate in this document whether you need a different size/color or whether you want to return the items and the items in question.

2. PLACE THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE PLACE OF THE PACKAGE

3. SEND

To do this, go to one of the DHL service points (a post office or parcel point) and send your package.

As soon as the product has been received at our warehouse, the size/color will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible.
