HOW DO I HANG MY NEON?

Your custom LED neon sign is like a beautiful painting, but even easier to hang 😎You have 3 options: 
- Mount it on the wall 
- Hang it on the ceiling 
- Use 3M Strips
 
Alternatively, if you cannot assemble or hang your sign we can offer you a standard option.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM MADE NEON SIGN COST?

Good question 😊 The price depends on your design, the dimensions and the length of the LED tube used to create your masterpiece. To find out the exact price of your custom LED Neon Sign submit your design here and we will get back to you with a custom quote as soon as possible.

CAN I HANG MY NEON OUTSIDE?

Yes, we make outdoor signs! If you want to hang your sign outside, let us know! We will make your sign slightly different so that it is safe to use outside, and provide it with a special power supply. Please note that dimmers cannot be used on outdoor products, and you should always protect your sign from extreme weather conditions.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?

We offer a 3 year warranty on all our LED Neon.

Adapters, dimmers have a warranty period of 2 years.

However, this does not apply to damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during use.

If you have any problems with your signs, please contact us. We will do our best to find the best solution for you!
